Is-sinjal għal XAQLIBA QASIRA għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel, l-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ 1 bil-pala ta’ id tħares lejn il-pala tal-oħra u bil-ponot tas-swaba’ jħarsu ’l barra. Jimxu mill-ġnub lejn xulxin sakemm ikun hemm ftit distanza bejniethom. (ii) Imbagħad, id waħda titla’ ’l fuq fil-ġenb u tinżel djagonalment ’l isfel bi skoss ċkejken fil-bidu u tkompli lejn in-nofs.
The sign SHORT GRADIENT has two parts. (i) First, the hands take the shape of 1 with palms facing each other and fingertips pointing outwards. The hands move from the sides towards each other and stop when they are a short distance away. (ii) Then one hand moves up at the side and comes down diagonally with a little jerk at the start and continues to the middle.
